Job Description

This leader is responsible for leveraging the communication among the agents and hospitals - supporting their demands and requirements. He/She is responsible for forstering Service Quality Meetings internally. This leader is also responsible and accountable for the demand planning and the set turn analysis. To daily check the inventory trends and activities such as demand planning and the stock levels. This leader is also responsible for supporting their reports (Expedition Coordinators and Inspection Techinician) on the expedition of the surgeries (agendas)

 

Oversees the demand planning and replenishment. Enforces all safety, security and environment procedures and standards. Manages the stock levels and value, controls and monitors SOH, DSOH, DIFOT. He/She coordinates physical full count once a year and regular cycle counts to guarantee inventory accuracy. He/She prepares a full mapping of our clients in terms of contact, delivering and picking up windows. Regular follow ups with the hospitals to verify areas of improvements. With the support of his/her manager and Sales + S&OP teams fosters regular SQMs with the hospitals, whenever needed. Monitors the SIRs, in order to analyze, verify and to correct the root causes to improve quality and efficiency. Proactive and customer service oriented. Takes ownership in front of the assigned critical deliveries from the material request to the final delivery, even when the responsibility if shared among multiple players/departments. This leader is also responsible for supporting their reports on the expedition of the surgeries (agendas)

 
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Relations, Administration, Economics or Supply Chain with at least 3 years of experience including 2+ years in Supply Chain. Interpersonal skills including:

Rigor to follow procedures and ensure compliance to standards

Commitment to continuous improvement and able to influence change

English mandatory (intermediary)

Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flow charting, and graphs.

Competency in navigating the Internet.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
