This CRM Systems Analyst at NuVasive designs, configures, administrates, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs within the CRM and Sales area, with the MS Dynamics Platform. You will coordinate between other analysts, development resources and business customers to identify and enhance business applications in alignment with overall corporate strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

·         Design, configure, test and deploy changes to fields, screens, reports and dashboards to both web and mobile interface

·         Customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 using CRM SDK, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and C#

·         Developing and maintaining customized plugins

·         Integrating existing applications as well as future applications with the CRM

·         Provide expert system administration support for the CRM applications across all business lines, including researching and troubleshooting application bugs, replicating, performing hot fixes

·         Assist users with day-to-day issues, problems and questions

·         Administer CRM security rights and user/group roles across all business lines

·         Work independently with users as well as under the direction of more senior team members and / or project managers.

·         Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

·         Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

·         Proven Knowledge of standard workflows, out of box feature of MS Dynamics CRM, CRM SDK or plugin development, CRM form programming (scripting), C#, .NET 4+, and Custom workflow assembly development

·         Experience using Dynamics 365 (online)- including configurations, customizations, business processes, and work flows

·         Experience in creating integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems and/or hardware devices

·         Ability to be the go-to resource for Dynamics CRM, and administer/tailor the system to meet business needs

·         Experience working with a global user base, communicating clearly and effectively and using technical expertise to guide projects and enhancements forward to the satisfaction of multiple stakeholders

·         Experience with all stages of the standard software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Integrate web systems and services into the CRM architecture

·         Ability to use middleware for data load and transformation, preferably Informatica

·         Familiarity with SAP Sales and Distribution

·         Experience using one or more agile project management tools such as JIRA or Rally

·         Experience with common reporting tools such as Cognos, Tableau and Business Objects.

·         Experience with SQL

Experience in the medical device field including knowledge of applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to ISO 13485
