Job Description

  • Drive Results, ensure Integrity/Accountability of Systems and Results, Business partner and team player to support Finance
  • Preparation, analysis and commentary on revenue results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis including KPI reporting covering the key drivers of the business
  • Build, weekly, quarterly and year on year budget model for the sales managers, directors and General Managers to Full End to end responsibility for Product Specialist budget process
  • Manage the accuracy and integrity of the incentive calculations and payments
  • All Ad Hoc project work as required by management
Basic Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Commercial Analyst role. Exposure to sales and commercial side is essential. Experience with analyzing  sales reports and performance, revenue, creating reports. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel and Power Point). Experience with SAP preferably. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and unsupervised. Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
