Job Description

Summary Statement:

Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact.

Additional Responsibilities/Requirements:

Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485.

Nature and Scope:

Completes specialized tasks that frequently require the exchange of detailed technical or sensitive information; establishes protocols and procedures.

Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.

Applies expertise as a specialist.

Uses judgment to identify when deviation from standard practice is required.

Works independently guided by short-term objectives; work requires evaluation and discretion within defined standards.

Provides guidance and serves as a technical resource to others.

Typical Requirements:

Typically requires a high shoool diploma and a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.
