Provides project support to the Facilities project management team to include the processing of submittals, pay applications, RFI’s, PO requests, change orders and other project duties as assigned.
Provide budget support and tracking for the department and the project management team.
Works with project management team to prepare RFP’s and obtain bids on work requests as necessary.
Communicates with Facilities management team regarding the status of projects.
Competent in reading plans and specs and communicating discrepancies to the project management team.
Responsible for third party vendor management to ensure compliance with RFP’s, plans and specifications.
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
Orders necessary supplies, materials and equipment to perform various repair and maintenance work.
Serves as the primary space planner for the San Diego Headquarters campus while providing space planning support for all U.S. locations.
Has competency in specialized space planning software programs such as Office Space or similar.
Serves as primary point of contact for seat assignments of new hires and works with department managers on the coordination of all moves within the facility.
Facilitates compliance with all local, state and federal regulations pertaining to the operation of facilities in the U.S.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience of 5-7 years.
