Manage on a daily basis Operations activities of NuVasive Brazil.
Manage all Operations activities (Logistics, Inspection of surgical sets and Customer Service) on a daily basis to ensure 100% quality, delivery and customer satisfaction - both urgent and long term – to the internal Sales Reps and external Customers.
Provide strong leadership to the Operations team, create high level of engagement in team and ensuring that all team members work towards a shared set of goals.
Work with other departments – Finance, Marketing and Sales – to ensure that NuVasive Brazil is set up to succeed in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Evaluate and improve Operations processes on quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead inventory analysis and rationalization of carrying stock levels, make recommendations where suitable.
Build and enhance a strong team culture within the Brazil office.
Bachelor level (through education or relevant work experience).
At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing Operations / Support functions in Medical Devices branch (preferably in Orthopedics / Spine business).
Strong and proven people leadership skills (coaching, motivating, guiding, improving, performing). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on mentality, Initiative taker and Self-starter.
English (highly desirable)
Experience in Spine / Orthopedics industry.
Understanding of loaner set model operations / Inspection of surgical equipment.
