Job Description

Join the NuVasive Specialized Orthopedics team this Summer as a Regulatory Intern. This opportunity will help you grow in your career and we will provide training and mentorship as you hone your skills and build confidence. During this internship, you will also have an opportunity to:

  • Assist in the compilation of 510K and global submissions
  • Develop registration tracking progress
  • Support the transition to the European Medical Device Regulation
  • Support FDA requests for CFG
  • Support UDI/GUDID implementation
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • In pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline 
  • Must be currently enrolled in school with a successful completion of 3 years of undergraduate studies (minimum of 90 credit hours towards Bachelor’s degree)
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to provide college transcripts as well as a letter of recommendation from a faculty member
  • Candidates are responsible for their own housing and transportation during the internship
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Basic understanding of US FDA and Global Regulatory processes
  • Understanding of GMP and Medical Device Development
  • Strong verbal and written skills
