Job Description

Summary Statement:

Assemble, kit, test and packages product using a variety of manual, automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product on a clean room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       The Sterile Pack Lead Operator is responsible for the assembly, packaging and boxing operations to ensure quality products are produced. The Sterile Pack Lead Operator helps in driving best practices and creates open communication across all teams to foster a collaborative, high functioning culture.

·       Demonstrate technical knowledge and experience in cleanroom operations and sterile packaging to include assembly, packaging, labeling and boxing equipment.

·       Previous experience with sterile packaging in ISO 7, or 8 is required.

·       Perform microbial sampling per applicable SOPs.

·       Follow the router protocol to ensure the product moves through channels efficiently.

·       Work from quality review and corrective work documents to repair or rework parts.

·       Work from drawings, sketches, and work instructions to plan the operations to be performed.

·       Assist with the training of entry level shareowners.

·       Assist with cleaning of parts to help ensure quality.

·       Assist with process equipment qualifications and new product introductions

·       Help drive best practices and come up with solutions to help us improve.

·       Ability to work with all levels of the organization.

 


Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485.
Basic Qualifications

 Demonstrate technical knowledge and experience in cleanroom operations and sterile packaging to include assembly, packaging, labeling and boxing equipment.

·       Previous experience with sterile packaging in ISO 7, or 8 is required.
