Job Description
    • Receive and revise charge sheets and enter all the items used in each Order in Great Plains system.
    • Serve as a backup during FDA Tissue Inspections.
    • Coordinate with the sales Rep to verify if they have the necessary equipment’s for programed surgeries.
    • Receive all tissue and disposables and enter them into the Great Plains system.
    • Performed cycle counts of tissue and disposable and maintain a sufficient quantity for programed and emergency surgeries.
    • Audit the inventory to avoid expired items and use FIFO in a routine way.
    • Audits inbound and outbound, arranges for pickups and drop offs with respective couriers FEDEX and internal couriers.
    • Replenish implants and instruments in sets and send damage instruments for replenishments.
    • Acts as contact person to sales agent(s) and representatives.
    • Resolves late shipments with Courier Company and communicate status with recipient.
    • Revise the weekly tray logistic need for surgery.
    • Request loaners as needed with CS to cover the surgeries in case of lack of parked trays.
    • Prepared and maintain record of usage and non-usage for Assets.
    • Perform tray inspection at warehouse and between hospitals.
    • Keep record of the inspections and torque test when it applicable.
    • Perform neurovision inspections as established by IOS quality program.
    • Keep records of the NVM5 inspections as well as a traceability log.
    • Coordinates with Memphis CS to obtain RMA number for damage instruments found during inspection.
    • Observed the Calibration expiration date for the equipment’s such as torque tester transducers.
    • Maintains confidentiality of protected health information, such as Charge Sheets and records.
    • Follow hospital policies and procedures in the receiving and handling of hazardous goods and materials.
    • Responsible to verify the company van inspections such as; State Stamp, gasoline and maintenance expiration.  
    • Perform the delivery of trays, ensuring accuracy of loaner sets delivered to right destination for the right surgery.
    • Assist with asset control in shipment procedures.
    • Performs all departmental procedures relating to requisitioning, receiving, shipping, picking and delivery of materials and equipment including for workshops and marketing events.
    • Perform loading and unloading of set in/out of warehouse.
    • Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Basic Qualifications
    • Minimum two years 3-5 years working experience with a minimum of two years college degree.
    • Excellent communication skill both verbal and written in English and Spanish
    • Attention to detail
    • Can work independently, is a strong practical implementer with hands on mentality and is highly customer service oriented.
    • Real sense of urgency
    • Good at Microsoft office application.
    • Highly customer focused with excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
    • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
    • Demonstrate a High level of communication inside the company. Model the company culture.
    • Available to work extended shifts, weekends and holidays as required by the Operations Managerr.
    • Valid Puerto Rico driver license
    • Own vehicle in goods conditions
