Drive revenue in their assigned area pertaining to the Enabling Technologies grouping of products which currently includes, LessRay, Integrated Global Alignment and Single position XLIF.
Create and drive targeted strategic sales plans with area leadership in order to achieve revenue goals.
Educate, train and discuss the benefits of the technologies as they relate to Patients, Surgeons, hospitals and shareowners.
Provide expert guidance in select cases that assures ultimate surgeon adoption.
Foster an environment of open and regular communication within their immediate team as well as their larger work groups and internal partners.
Achieve subject matter expert in assigned products both through company sponsored teachings as well as individual learning and research and be able to relay these learning to their assigned area.
Manage budget and travel with attention to Nuvasive’s travel policy and monthly allowances.
Be adaptable to rapid change and take ownership of relaying key information to the field to maximize readiness and ultimate revenue.
Work closely with the capital sales teams and clinical services team to execute world class training and installation of the LessRay units.
Attend tradeshows and surgeon events as needed for surgeon engagement or learning.
Be able to conceive and execute professional regional surgeon events that ultimately lead to realization of revenue goals
Minimum 3 yrs Spine sales working with individual quotas.
Evidence of sales success and excellence in all past positions
Clinical acumen and expertise in an OR setting
Ability to grasp complex concepts and discuss them in terms that all can relate.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Past positions in training and leadership
Interest, research or work in the areas of artificial intelligence, Robotics, surgical proceduralization.
