Coordinate general office maintenance and office equipment for all facilities within ANZ. Coordinate office supplies and building maintenance for all facilities within ANZ. Manage Melbourne communal area, kitchen to keep tidy and neat at all times. Manage general emails, answering and directing inbound calls. Proactively develop processes to improve general office management and administrative tasks. Provide administration support to Melbourne Executives team. Maintain all mobile, electronic equipment, laptops record and reconciliation to US IT order and local telecommunication purchase. Assist Finance on Concur reviewing process. Assist sending weekly debtors statements to Hospitals. Assist in organizing company’s events.
Successfuly completed secondary studies- a minimum. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel and Power Point). Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and unsupervised. Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated. A team player attitude and "can do" attitude. Ability to liaise with different stakeholders. Ambitious, driven person that wants to grow with the organization.
