Job Description

Summary Statement:

Manages the day-to-day operation of the Change Management and Document Control function. Manager is responsible for Document Change Control, Engineering Change Control, off-site storage activities, trouble shooting Document Control issues pertaining to document requests, issues and errors in SAP Engineering Change Management ECR/ECO and Document Management Systems and customer inquiries. Individual is to resolve problems of a diverse scope requiring analysis of data as well as exercising judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Engineering Change Request/Order and CN routing, release and distribution process.

Write Standard Operating Procedures for Engineering Change Management and Document Management System.

Define Business Processes for Engineering Change Management and Document Management Systems.
