Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide departmental support to the Facilities and Real Estate team through budget tracking, PR creation, submission of new vendor & check requests, maintaining vendor insurance certificates

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. required and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient and accurate with Word and Excel. Competency in navigating the Internet.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, company policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write business reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to individual customers and employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
