Job Description
The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced environments, is self-motivated and independent; yet desires to work closely with customers and team members alike.   • Work closely with other Desktop Support Technicians, Manager of IT Service Desk, and Leader of IT Infrastructure to manage daily operations of the local and remote teams
  • Work directly with Senior Systems Administrator to support customers
  • Address and resolve IT support escalations
  • Install, and configure Windows based workstations in an imaged environment
  • Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software requests
  • Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting in video conferencing systems, projectors, IP phones, printers, sound systems, workstations, network equipment, and mobile phones
  • Provide end users support for all LAN-based applications; Exchange 2013, 0365 SAP, MS Office
  • Actively work the Service Now call queue and ticket queue to resolve incidents and requests
  • Provide Vendor Management for local and other OUS offices, also for network connectivity issues
  • Racking and stacking IT equipment in datacenter and server rooms
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years related experience or 5 years of related work experience: consulting, experience working in a call center environment, or experience working in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and thorough knowledge of Office 2010/2013/2016
  • Experience with a Help Desk ticketing system
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus
  • Experience documenting business requirements, executing change management during a project and maintaining documentation
  • Experience creating and maintaining user training materials and/or leading user trainings of business functions
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, company policy and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write business reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees and management of organization
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to speak English and German fluently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to speak Italian or Spanish
  • Prior Held Desk knowledge, as a Team Lead
  • Experience in troubleshooting T@ & T3
  • Experience related to On Boarding and Off Boarding of company employees and contractors
  • Office 365 experience
  • Experience supporting leadership meetings
  • Experience providing VIP support
  • Datacenter and equipment racking and stacking experience
  • Experience with Service Now incident and request management
