Job Description
  • Facilitating and leading requirements gathering sessions with end users and stakeholders
  • Eliciting and documenting business and system requirements with clients
  • Assists in the management of user account information, including rights, security and systems groups
  • Assists users with content authoring, training, and troubleshooting activities
  • Help administer and create solutions using Microsoft Office 365 Collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Flow, Stream, Sway, Teams, etc)
  • Test and debug solutions to verify proper function, data integrity and optimal performance
  • Evaluate existing business processes and provide systems to optimize or improve them
Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrable understanding of SharePoint, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 out of the box functionality and its ability to address business needs and improve processes
  • Understanding of Office 365 administrative tools
  • Understanding of Office 365 security settings and best practices
  • Familiarity with PowerShell and Office 365 administration
  • Ability to speak to the capabilities and limitations of Office 365 with clients
  • Ability to facilitate and lead customer requirements-gathering sessions
  • Ability to analyze, define, and document requirements for business processes and workflows, including generating diagrams
  • Experience with iterative systems development life-cycle and documentation
  • Experience leading demonstrations of prototypes and solutions to end users
  • Clear communication, writing, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a SharePoint Administrator
  • Experience with systems for requirements tracking and user story management
  • Experience supporting system migrations and upgrades
  • Experience with ERP integration
  • Experience with solution design or solution architecture
