You will be the HR Business Partner for our European Team hosting 17+ nationalities and approximately 200 employees in the Region
As an HR Business Partner, we expect you to develop a strong and trustworthy partnership with the country leaders and the management team members to provide consistently sound and best practice advice in all aspects of people management. You will be closely partnering with managers to provide advice and support on both the people & culture aspects and HR legal compliance.
Work with the Centres of Excellence in designing and leading initiatives to build outstanding capabilities in staffing, employee engagement, recruiting and talent development.
Manage the succession planning and performance management processes.
Work with managers on the planning and implementation of organizational changes.
Align with business leaders and internal talent acquisition team to design recruiting needs and strategies.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of various recruiting methods; recommend changes as needed.
Coordinate internal and external payroll, benefits.
Develop and implement HR processes, procedures, and policies based on business needs and changing employment regulations.
