Job Description

IT Team is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who possesses a strong understanding of business processes and a proven ability to deploy technology driven operational improvements.  As a polished IT professional, you have experience delivering global IT solutions as you manage the activity for several teams from project inception to delivery.  You pride yourself on delivering end-to-end solutions, so you easily create and maintain all project management artifacts including budgets, schedules, resource demand plans, and communication updates to ensure the teams are meeting project milestones and overall project goals.  You have refined your leadership and communication skills which allows you to provide supervision, guidance, and direction as necessary, to individuals from cross functional teams as well as build/maintain strong working relationships with Project Owners, IT and Business stakeholders, resource leaders, technical and business teams.  Because you have an innate ability to see the big picture, you have fun leading the business design and development discussions with the ability to identify potential design risks, manage project teams, identify appropriate resources, and assign responsibilities.  To keep the projects on task and on target, you keep your teams motivated as you provide the day-to-day operational management for the project teams as well as managing client expectations including developing and managing all appropriate project management documents (i.e. project plan, resource estimates, project budget, project schedule, team roster and assignments, issue management, risk management, change control, and periodic status reports).  To ensure everyone is apprised of project progress, you produce well-written executive status reports.
